HOW TO ADVOCATE FOR LIONS MUNY GOLF COURSE
City Council will be meeting later this year to consider the upcoming bond proposal for funding major capital projects in every district, including a strategic parkland acquisition funds that could be used toward the purchase of Lions Municipal Golf Course (Muny).
To help Save Muny, let your council member know that the bond should include at least $25M for parkland acquisition for strategic purchases as they become available so that the funds can be used to purchase Lions Municipal Golf Course. This item is separate and apart from the $45M allocated for “parkland acquisition” funds. We need your voice!
- Join us at City Hall

If you’re unable to attend the council meeting, send an email to City Council letting them know why the Muny Golf Course is important to you, and that you want them to prioritize funding for Muny. - Make some phone calls; compose some tweets
