A quorum of the City Council may be present at this meeting. Action will only be taken by the members of the committee.

The City Council Mobility Committee may go into a closed session under the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from legal counsel on any item on this agenda.

Approve the minutes of the Mobility Committee meeting of September 2, 2015.

Discussion and Possible Action

Chair briefing and committee discussion related to Rocky Mountain Institutes selection of Austin for their Mobility Transformation Project, and a proposed Memorandum of Understanding and charter for the project.

4.

Staff briefing and discussion on ground transportation providers, including transportation network companies.

5.

Monthly briefing on City and Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority joint work on the Loop 1 South MoPac Express Lane Project alternatives evaluation study.

6.

Consider and develop recommendation for appointment to the Land Development Code Advisory Group as provided by Council Resolution No. 20150521-026.

Briefing

7.

Briefing by the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority on route study for short and long-range planning, community and customer outreach, bus and paratransit services, and the Service Plan 2025.

8.

Briefing by the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority on the Bergstrom Expressway 183 South Project.

9.

Staff briefing on Manchaca/Slaughter lane intersection improvements and other proposed interim safety measures for top 5 dangerous intersections.
