    Guidelines:

    replies to list messages) without the express written consent of
    the writer is prohibited;
    * make sure messages are pertinent to the mission of  WANG —
    discussing issues that is of interest to those working to sustain
    and/or improve our neighborhood quality of life;
    * focus messages on the content and issues of substance, not on the
    individual or person; messages that focus on the individual tend
    to be perceived as an insult or personal attack;
