Join us to discuss the City of Austin’s proposed CodeNext rezoning plan to revise the Land Development Code which determines how land can be used throughout the city – including what, where, and how much can be built. Several of our central Austin neighborhoods will be significantly impacted by the rewrite of the land development code and have expressed concerns about the current draft, particularly the “transect” zoning parcels listed as “T3N” and “T4N” in the current draft of the CodeNext zoning map.
