To discuss the proposed “Elm Terrace” development at 3215 Exposition (Case No. C14-2013-0136) and its land use designation in connection with the Central West Austin Combined Neighborhood Plan and Future Land Use Map, the Central West Austin Combined Neighborhood Plan Contact Team will conduct a meeting of the Executive Committee on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014 (7:00 pm) at Tarrytown United Methodist Church , 2601 Exposition Blvd, Room 229 at the back Annex Building.
In this case, the applicant at 3215 Exposition is requesting (re)zoning of the property (currently zoned SF3 in part and unzoned in part) to be Multi-Family-2 (MF-2). Additional details on the zoning case are posted in City Staff’s Zoning Change Review Sheet where City Staff recommends SF-6 with some conditional overlay requirements.
