    Motion 4:  Contested land use objective 7, recommendation 7.1 and FLUM related to Brackenridge Tract Recommends Neighborhood Stakeholder’s proposed land use chapter provisions for Brackenridge Tract (Objectives 7-8 with recommendations) modeled after land use chapter provisions for Austin State School Tract. Neighborhood Stakeholders proposed land use chapter provisions for Brackenridge Tract (Objectives 7-8 with recommendations) based on strong desire to provide planning guidance for Brackenridge Tract because these tracts were expressly included in our planning area by City Council, and because development of these tracts will most directly impact our planning area.  See Brackenridge FLUM Motion 23 below.

FLUM Based On Brackenridge Development Agreement.  At PC Subcommittee, a FLUM following the terms of the Brackenridge Tract Development Agreement was submitted and discussed.  Neighbors understood that the PC Subcommittee had adopted both the submitted Plan text as well as the proposed FLUM for the tract.  We endorse the PC Recommendation in regard to the Plan text but ask that the proposed FLUM following the Brackenridge Tract Development Agreement be adopted as well
    Motion 24?:  Contested WANG FLUM/zoning designation (2425 Exposition) (Tarrytown Shopping Center) Maintain current land use and zoning.
